Can you provide more context? Where are you seeing this? On Sky Stream it's self? Or on my Sky? We're your services blocked etc? Bear in mind we are fellow customers not Sky so don't know anything about your set up unless you tell us.
Have your tried powering cycling you stream puck at the mains?
