Sky stream round circle in middle of screen constantly

Hey 

Everything works but I have this round ring constantly going round and round on my screen. While in the menu and watching programmes. It's quite off putting. Been here for 2 days now

iv checked the updated version. It does say it's updating to version 12... is this what's happening but it's stuck?

Are you sure it's not generated by the TV, not the Stream puck? Turn both off at the wall for a minute then power them back on.
