Sky stream requests upgrade to watch bbc channels

I can view bbc channels via player App but using programme guide it requests that I upgrade - which then doesn’t seem actionable via MySky where you are directed.

Never had this problem with my last stream puck but note a discussion was closed on this topic Sept 24 - seems premature..

Need some more information. Have you tried a reboot of your puck? Do you have more than one puck? If so do you have whole home? Can you watch other channels without issue?

Is your puck showing as the primary device / registered on your account as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass#:~:text=If%20you%27ve%20got%20multiple,be%2....

Thanks - only one puck in use and is registered as primary device. Tried reboot but made no difference. All other channels fine - just have to watch bbc using  i player which is tedious ..

@P+Scot how did you try the reboot, did you use the restart device option in the settings or did you unplug the puck ( and if so how long for)?

Hi . Tried reboot via puck button and also then by unplugging for 60 sec. No improvement either way..

Also no change restarting via settings..

It might be worth doing a factory reset via settings. You'll need to sign in to everything again but your playlist won't be lost. If that doesn't work you probably need to speak to Sky to resolve whatever has happened.
