Hi, only had sky for 2 weeks and due to my remote keep disconnecting with my stream puck, sky gave sent out a replacement remote, then as that didn't work, a replacement puck & remote. But the new puck keeps asking me to connect the remote, when it's already connected with my TV (no speakers connected). And whilst resetting the puck the remote now doesn't work at all.
sky are sending a 3rd new puck & remote. Getting very frustrated with this! Any suggestions?
