If you are still having issues you will need to contact Sky and request a replacement remote. You can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement if you have one available.

I have this exact same problem and tried all the tricks including reset of all equipment, reconnecting remote, twisting remote etc. Please can you replace my remote.

You'll need to ring Sky to get a replacement.

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

Hi. My sky remote has the buttons mixed up. Pressing left on the selection wheel turns the box on/off. None of the other buttons now work.
I have tried to 7&9, 4&6 and 1&3 reset techniques. The remote says it is resetting after 1&3 but the same issue remains.
Can you please send me a new remote.

If the reset hasn't worked you could try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a towel. This has fixed remotes for a lot of other customers.
