Hi, after having Sky Stream active for a month today the puck rebooted and downloaded software. Now it's asking me to link the account (again) but when I try it the sky.com/activate website fails to a phone contact number. Called that and was texted to come here. No further forward. Any help gratefully received.

Try logging on to my Sky (https://www.sky.com/mysky) before browsing to the activation site and see if it works. If not when you call the number, remain silent when it asks for your mobile number and it will put you though to customer service.

no idea why the puck rebooted or downloaded but maybe I should have guessed something was up when the BBC channels suddenly disappeared. 😳 missed most of the rugby but hay ho.
