I returned two Sky Stream Pucks via recorded returns on the 28th of June, which was delivered and signed for on the 1st July.
I have received a number of emails from Sky chasing me to return said items, with a deadline of 23rd of August.
I still have my proof of postage and screenshots of the deliver via Royal Mail
I'm finding it extremely hard to get through to Sky over the phone

As you have your proof of postsge I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
