Sky stream pucks returned, but Sky are still chasing me

I returned two Sky Stream Pucks via recorded returns on the 28th of June, which was delivered and signed for on the 1st July.

I have received a number of emails from Sky chasing me to return said items, with a deadline of 23rd of August. 

I still have my proof of postage and screenshots of the deliver via Royal Mail

I'm finding it extremely hard to get through to Sky over the phone

@Baker12 with the number of returns unfortunstely things go missing. As you have your proof of postsge I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
