Sky stream puck intermittently makes screen go black and comes back after a few seconds

Sky stream puck intermittently makes screen go black and comes back after a few seconds.

Tried contacting Sky help, ran through diagnostics etc and full restart and update but not helped. 

any other thoughts?

This could be a few things,

Faulty HDMI Cable, Faulty HDMI port on the tv or Faulty HDMI port on the stream,

Have you tried plugging the HDMI in from the stream into a different port on the TV.

Ifthis issue still occurs try a new HDMI cable to see if this resolves the issue,

If it still doesn't resolve the issue, contact sky and get a replacement sky stream puck.
