Sky stream puck freezing and turning off after 5 minutes of watching anything.

Sky stream puck freezing and turning off after 5 minutes of watching anything. This has been occurring since I first got the sky stream puck. It will freeze or turn off or the sound will stop working. This also happens when I try and use Netflix through the sky puck

@Jack232 you nedd to report this to Sky as it is possible the puck is faulty.
