Try unplugging the puck for several minutes and see if that helps.

Can I move the subtitles to the bottom of the screen? They're annoyingly right in the middle!!!

Find out more@KimG2482 Personally I don't use the subtitles but having had a look you are right they do appear to be towards the middle of the screen and are obstructing the picture. I do recall seeing similar threads. Have a look at the following links to see if there is anything to help you:
Subtitles are too large and intrusive
Subtitle display and positioning

Hi there
I am deaf i paid extra for HD /4k and I am disapointed that not all shows are showing subtitles in 4K BUT its on HD, i find it really annoying having to change TV settings on Sky Stream back to HD so i can see subtitles and having to change it back to 4K to live tv shows... is there a better way of setting this up rather having to go backwards and forwards in the set up menu
many thanks for your time

Afraid not.
It's been requested since Glass & Stream launched more than two and a half years ago, but Sky have done little or nothing to improve availability of subtitles on UHD content.
I gave up waiting and now stream the content I want in 4K with subtitles from other sources.

Thanks for your helpful info, It sounds to me just like Now TV which Sky owns took a very very long time to provide subtitles.
Anyway I just have to cope with switching 4K to HD for now.. but surely Sky should do better

Yeah unfortunately not all shows have subtitles. It's been a while since I've watched any of the on-demand UKTV stuff but I do recall in the past not many of those shows having subtitles.

On demand has no subtitles, only live programmes

This does happen sometimes, sometimes it take up to two days then that show carries subtitles but not always.. it is annoying when Sky don't alway make it clear will this programme have subtitles on demand? It's time Sky do more to push for subtitles on every channel and on demand no more excuses

I agree with Rob. It's dreadful in this day and age that deaf/hard of hearing people are ignored and deprived of enjoying programmes like hearing people.
