Not a lot of information to go off. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum and have no information about you or your set up u less you tell us! Is this a new install or has it been working previously? Who is your ISP? What router is it? What steps have you tried to resolve? Is it losing connection when the box is in use or in standby?
