We have been on Sky Stream for a while now and been working ok. After the big storm we had in the midlands last week, the sky stream puck upstairs is now getting the following issues.
1. Get the white flashing light, Sky logo appears then stops and get on the TV no signal. Yes we are on the correct hdmi slot on the tv.
I have also swapped the hdmi cables to see if it was that, but nope still happening.
2. have done a reset and got it working then
3. today switched it on again no signal, so pressed the button held it for about 3 secs and the picture came on. Watching a programme and it went off after about an hour and back to no signal, pressed the button again and it came back on.
any clues at what is happening or do I have a knackered puck ?
