Sky stream error code uh011

I purchased sky stream in December time and have been having the same issue ever since, I get the code uh011 which I know is a uhd error fault code and have to turn the box and the tv on and off a few times in order for uhd to work, I have a Samsung s95b 4K oled tv which is new  and I was wondering if sky are aware of this issue and if other people are experiencing the same issue?

Hi there,

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable as I experienced a similar issue when setting up for the first time and after using a different HDMI cable it all started working.
