Hi. Couldn't find this exact post, hope it's not already on here. The other post with a similar name was Ethernet.
Stream has been mostly fine so far, few weeks in, but last couple of days it's been disconnecting from WiFi. If I reset network and reconnect it is fine. My internet is fine, was getting 400+ mbps on same band in same rooms near the pucks.
it's happened on 2 of 4 pucks now.
Any ideas? Will this big software update help and when is it coming? The fact it doesn't remember previous password and that you can't use the number keys on remote to type password is also annoying.
Thanks a lot.

Can you check you have the following set in the puck settings;
Set Network standby mode to ON and Overnight power saving to OFF.
If you have any pucks connected via an ethernet cable, make sure in Settings to turn wifi OFF under Network.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
