As mentioned above i was promised a call back,never happened problem remains

I'll give another day, this stream box will be cancelled

@david75cooper this is a community of other Sky customers, a public forum isn't a method of addressing a company's customer services team.

What issue are you having with your Stream puck, as this community may be able to offer some guidance?
