Well obviously this shouldn't happen and if it does it is usually down to your internet connection or speed. If you are not connected by an Ethernet cable and are able to do so it tends to be more stable. Is your puck away from other electronic devices with clear air around it, and if not using Ethernet cables is your router reasonably near without anything substantial blocking it. All these are suggestions that may help I hope.
