Not a lot of info. Remember we are fellow subscribers and have no information on your setup. Which channel in particular? Is it UHD or HD? What is your internet speed? Have you tried a reboot in the first instance?

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box as mentioned above in the first instance.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Check your picture settings are set on 1080 or uhd
