Sky saying they haven’t received pucks I returned

Hey. Sky stream wasn't suitable for our needs so I switched to sky q. I had 4 pucks to return but sky only sent packaging for one. I returned one puck, then packaged up the remaining 3 pucks and as per instructions on sky i went to an post (our mail service) and downloaded label to sky, and brought to the post office. On mysky it says they have received one puck but not the others. I'm afraid I'm going to be charged for the 3 pucks but I have returned them. Thanks.

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You will need to contact Sky and provide them with proof of postage.

Go to the bottom of the page and click "No I still need help". You will then be presented with contact options.
