Rejoined Sky from BT. Ff installed on 24 September but installation team couldn't complete it and said the pick was the problem and to call Sky. Sky said the puck was not delivered yet - but it was there connected to our tv! I've called a few times and been helped by a guy called KoKo. We are using Sky Go at the moment. KoKo said the problem had to corrected manually and activated with a code. I'm still waiting! Any ideas?
