Sky q wont stream, shows technical fault

Have a good internet connection, tv guide works, Netflix through the puck working, but tv channels won't stream

@Superlite  Your thread title states Sky Q but your post mentions a puck, which system do you have Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
