Hi,
This is my first post, I assume Sky Puck goes into the same queue as Sky Glass.
When I try to watch previous episodes of the Simpsons season 35,
- My Sky Puck remote stops working
- The adverts play but the timer remains at 2 seconds
- After the adverts it fast forwards
- The reset button on the underside of the puck stops working
- Unplugging and plugging back in is the only way that I have found to resolve the issue .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
