Sky puck remote and Hisense TV and Soundbar

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my Sky Puck remote. The remote will control the volume on my Hisense TV, but it won't switch it on or off. Plus, it won't control the Hisense soundbar, either.

I've updated the puck software, re-set the remote several times and re-booted the TV etc. Have also run through the issues with Sky, but sill having the same issues.

Any help would be very much appreciated- thank you everyone.

Have you turned on HDMI CEC control on your TV's settings? With this turned on it should then turn off any devices attached to the TV when the TV itself is turned to standby. 

A long press of the standby button on the Sky Stream remote should put the TV into Standby.
