Sky puck keeps saying sorry because of a technical issue

I have not used the sky puck for a few months but when I try to use it I keep getting the message sorry because of a technical issue you're experiencing limited service.   We have had a new router since it was last used but the tv I am using gets the signal and plays Netflix with no issues

After leaving it switched on for half an hour it spring into life and gave itself an update.  Working fine now
