Had my sky puck for three weeks now and very disappointed, it doesn't always turn on straight the way and have to turn the power off and back on to get it going, then once it's on if it freezes twice in the evening that's a good evening (have to turn it on and off again at the power to get it working again). Also I can't watch Netflix on it at all, after 30 mins of watching anything on Netflix it freezes up or won't load anything. Don't know if it's a dodgy puck? I've got good internet (900mgb) and the puck sits right next to router. Only thing I've not tried is hard from puck to router, I wouldn't think that would solve the puck not starting up all the time tho.
