Sky puck issues won’t connect in bedroom anymore
Tried everything for pick to work in bedroom it won't connect I've tried unplugging waiting etc,nothing happening I've tried pressing button underneath and no light comes on? Could it be I need a new puck sending out?

This is very similar to the outage the other week. Have you tried the recovery procedure as outlined in step 4 here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
