Sky puck has failed. No power on

My Sky puck does not show power failed in mid viewing  tried second power lead from alternative puck in another room the puck fails to power up.

Hi @Airbornebran 

 

We are all customers like yourself. You will need to contact sky for them to arrange a replacement.

and select "no I still need help" at the bottom.
