Try swapping the the offending puck with another working one. If the previously working puck starts to play up, it would demonstrate there is an interference issue with the WiFi etc in the area it is located.
If the offending puck is still not working correctly after being swapped it could point to a hardware issue and you should ask sky to replace it.
