Sky puck UHD channels not showing

So I've added sky home so got a 2nd sky puck my first one is showing UHD channels but my 2nd sky puck is only showing HD channels anyone can help me with this.

Is the second puck connected to a 4K TV? Do you have the video output set to 2160P?

Yes it's a 4k tv and set 2160p, as my main puck shows UHD channels but my new puck doesn't for example sky sports f1 UHD but new puck say sky sports f1 HD

Have you tried fully rebooting the puck and are you using the HDMI cable which came with the puck? Is the HDMI port you have the puck attached to on the TV enabled for UHD and HDR?

Great. A reboot does solve many of these random issues.
