What isn't discussed a lot is routers. Unfortunately most isp's just use cheap basic routers which can cause issues with Stream. It's a bit of a lottery and not easy to work out why some people have a lot of issues and the rest of us don't. In my case I've had Glass on wi-fi and Stream on ethernet for 18 months and they're both as solid as a rock. I can only suggest that if Stream doesn't work for you, go down the Now route.
