Sky not recognising last 4 digits of mobile number

Hi. 
I've done reboot of my Sky puck and gone through the on screen options.

I've logged in using the on screen QR code but when it comes to putting my PIN number in it's not recognised.

even when I try to log in with the last 4 digits of the payment method, that's not recognised either.

Any ideas?

Hi. I had a similar issue and was advised by customer service to remove the power lead and this stage, wait 10 seconds and then plug back in. It then accepted the previous PIN.
