Sky keeps going off on my sky puck in my living room
My sky either keeps going off completely every 30-60 minutes or goes off and says "technical issue and blank screen, I unplug cables and it comes back on until the next time

How is your puck connected to the Internet, if you can connect it with an ethernet cable it is more stable than a wifi signal. Also what speed is your broadband, and what other devices do you have, connected to the Internet?

@Willowbaby2020 As @peter-marlow+1966 has said the main reason these problems crop up is either internet speed, or obstruction to the signal. If you are not using an Ethernet cable does your router have a clear line of sight to your puck and also are sure neither have objects too close to them.
