Sky keeps freezing and won’t go past 20% loading

When watching something on the TV, The screen keeps going black and will not let me watch anything When I go to watch something, it only downloads 20% and stops

Nothing downloads on Sky Stream - everything streams 'live' from a server. 

Your issue would indicate a problem with the network connection being received by your Stream puck. What is your broadband speed? To find out what the puck is receiving you need to open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. 

Ideally you want a bare minimum of 30Mbps for the puck to function.

@holties10 You don't specifically mention Netflix but if the problem occurs when loading Netflix programmes this has been reported in the past but I have not seen similar posts recently.

 

The easy way to overcome the problem is to go to Netflix "Get Help" and select reload Netflix.  Once it has refreshed you should be able to watch you selected programme.
