Sky is not working or showing on the TV. When we switch the TV on we are just seeing the HDMI1 sign and nothing else . We have checked the control and put new batteries in . Not sure whst rlse we can do . Sky have checked the broadband and say it is ok ??Have already written problem

@Olwyn61 Which Sky box is this relating to? SKy+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream?
That message also has nothing to do with broadband, are you sure you are using the correct HDMI input for the Box? Have you used the TV's remote to cycle through the inputs?
