Sky installed today. Every time I try to contect the tv to the broadband the screen freezes

Sky installed today. Everytime I try to conect the tv to the broad band I get as far as the "Lets get conected" screen and it freezes

Have you tried unplugging the Sky stream puck for a couple of minutes?
