Hi
we recently moved house and changed our details but our sky streaming services have stopped working. We followed the advice and it's saying we have to link account but every device we have used to go to "sky.com/activate" have come up "oops here has been a problem" and we are unable to link the account therefore can't use the tv. Can anyone help advise as I rang on Friday and he said it could take a few days but today (Tuesday) nothing had changed

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Naomi96 You must be logged into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky if you are not signed in you will get the Oops error message so maybe this is your problem.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
If that doesn't help post back and your post can be escalated to the Community Messaging Team for an online chat.
