Sky glass puck does recognise my account can’t link.

I am trying to connect the puck it doesn't recognise my account it can't find it. Have turned it off rebooted twice, tried calling Sky cuts out after 25 mins . My Sky account on the app also gone missing. Main Sky glass working ok. Just frustrating.

@USER+OF+SKY+LOL this is whilst you are doing the initial setup on your Sky Stream puck? As you also have a Sky Glass TV, do you have the Whole Home subscription on your Sky account?
