Sky glass content in uhd. Won’t play on sky puck

Hi, I understand your point. However, I am not accessing the title I am attempting to watch via my playlist. I am searching for the name of it, finding the episode I want to watch, going to all formats and switching it from UHD to HD. All that happens when I click HD is that the screen refreshes and goes straight back to UHD. Nothing I seem to do makes a difference.

Hi @Ellio966 Have you checked that your Puck picture setting are set to 1080p?  You can check it in Settings > Picture & Sound > Picture > Picture resolution.

Hello, yes I have. I've also attempted on my sky glass to switch the format to HD and this also doesn't work. I am IT literate and believe I've tried everything. I'm at a bit of a loss!

It appears that the inability to change the format has been an issue for some time.  See this thread from last year

Funny thing I've just checked both my glass and puck and can now change them both into hd format from uhd. I tried with the new programme "all her fault" and it works no issue now

I'm attempting to watch Gomorrah. Maybe older titles have issues...
