Sky glass content in uhd. Won’t play on sky puck

I have sky glass with uhd. Watched a show in uhd and when I went to watch it on my puck in my bedroom it won't let me play it. 
I tried changing the format on my glass tv  but it won't work. I tried changing the format on the puck too but won't work. 
Any ideas how to fix this?

When I try to play the show on my puck is says "content cannot be played on this device"

The puck its trying to play it in uhd but I don't use a uhd tv in my bedroom. When I try switch it hd on the puck it won't change it. Keeps in uhd. 
was this due to me watching it in uhd on my glass tv

@Pushtaki  Is the TV the puck is connected to a UHD set or just HD?

Does the puck allow you to select 2160p in the Settings Menu --> Picture

The tv my puck is on is a hd set. The pic resolution is 1080p HD

@Pushtaki  That would be the issue, if you added the UHD version on your playlist you won't be able to view on the puck as the TV it's conected to is HD, you can however select the HD version by selecting other formats on the UHD version on your Glass TV and save the HD version to the playlist.

That's the problem too. My glass won't let me switch to hd format. When I try it always reverts to UHD. 
Must be some glitch in my glass tv

You need to change the puck to the HD format. It has nothing to do with your Glass TV. It is a separate entity. Change the format of the programme you are trying to view to the HD version and then it will work. @Pushtaki

I've tried this on the three pucks I have and it doesn't change it to hd. It keeps it in uhd for some reason

Have you tried searching for the particular programme you want to watch on your puck rather than selecting it from the playlist or continue watching rail?

If you search for it on the puck and select the HD version from the formats option then it should play on the puck.

As others above mention.

On your puck, when you view the tile for the programme, scroll down below the programme tile to 'All formats' and select HD.

Your Sky Glass TV has no bearing on providing uhd content to your puck.

when I do this though i pick HD but when i go to play the show it won't play. It says uhd on it
