I'm having problems setting up my sky broadband and puck. It's not working on my tv

Find out more@shellrae1982 assuming your Sky Broadband is working and connected follow the onscreen instructions for Sky Broadband which starts the puck searching using wps. While the puck is searching go to the Sky hub and press and hold the WPS button - which on newer hubs is on the right edge in the groove - until the led starts flashing if the puck is in range within a few seconds the two should link.

We are fellow subscribers on the forum. You will need to provide more information on what your issue is. The puck won't work untill your broadband and WiFi is up and running. Please describe your issue with as much detail as possible.
Alternatively you can contact Sky by calling 150 from your Sky landline or Sky mobile.

@shellrae1982 have you completed setup of your Sky BB ... do other devices work as expected?
