Checked Hub Max and it has a white light, completed a broadband check and it is 28.8 and shows a speed issue however, MySky app shows an average of 36 which is clearly wrong. Why won't Sky get an engineer to check the line etc rather than hiding behind the app?

Give Sky a ring and ask them to check your line.
Your broadband speed is borderline for sustaining any sort of consistent Sky Stream experience. What speed are you paying for and what are you supposed to get?

What sort of check using what?
What is the sync speed reported in the router's stats?
