Sky TV freezes, lt alternates between the sound and picture and loses its sync.

Checked Hub Max and it has a white light, completed a broadband check and it is 28.8  and shows a speed issue however, MySky app shows an average of 36 which is clearly wrong. Why won't Sky get an engineer to check the line etc rather than hiding behind the app?
