Sky Stream turns tv off when trying to add to playlist

When I  try to add a programme to the Playlist, by pressing red plus button, the tv turns off can anyone help?

@gathy I would try rebooting your Glass or Stream by switching it off at the plug socket and waiting for a minute before switching it on again.

I would then try to pair your remote again as follows

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).  A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.
