Getting the above error message more and more. Only returned to Sky a month ago and regretting it. Have tried rebooting internet but it doesn't seem to be a problem there, just simply with being unable to watch more and more channels?

How do you have your stream box connected?
Even with decent broadband and WiFi the puck operates best hardwired via ethernet.
I've personally never had an issue with live TV streams, if anything this appears to be the more robust part of the system.
A puck reboot at the mains often flushes out the kind of problem you have.
