Hi,
We've had Sky Stream almost 3 years now and it been pretty good in general, however we've recently ran into a few issues.
We keep getting the "There is a technical fault with this channel", I've tried restarts, unplugging the puck, restarting our modem/router and even a total reset and the problem still persists.
We have also developed sound sync issues and the picture constantly freezes and pixelates.
Our internet speed is really good and the puck is in the same room as the main downstairs router and modem. We are getting really frustrated now and just thinking of getting rid of Sky Stream and getting something else.
Is there something else I can try?
Do we maybe need a new puck?
Help wouild be very much appreciated.👍

Likely to be the puck but we will probably be told it's our ISP or network, but this is not the case. Had my network tested several times and all is fine and if it was yours or mine etc then we would have issues with our others gadgets connected

Yeah, everything else connected to the house wi-fi works fine!
I was going to go down the route of connecting it to an ethernet cable but I've read that people still have issues with that! 😔

Nope, not necessarily, for the reasons given in reply to one of your other many posts saying the same thing.

Spoke with Sky and they've sent me a new puck. Cost me £50, which I wasn't very happy about as I'm paying £60/month anyway!
Will see how we get on with the new puck!
