My internet keeps dropping from sky stream and I can’t work out what is the problem or how to fix it It doesn't drop from other devices or the smart tv functions just sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen I first got Sky Glass I used to have this problem and found that I needed to amend the settings. Try setting the "Networked standby mode" to ON. You will find this under Settings > Start up & standby .
Hopefully this will help, as I say it worked for me.
I would also reboot stream after making the changes. To do this switch it off at the wall socket and leave it for 30 to 60 seconds before turning it back on. It will take about a minute to reboot.

I get a much more stable experience
