Sky Stream, all playlists empty and recently watched vanished

I used to be able to see everything that I had added to my playlist.  I've added stuff since receiving a new puck and it's all been wiped again.

i also can't continue watching something either.

Left sky, they didn't even try and keep my custom, saving £91 a month and managing with Freeview and smart tv.

Sometime in the week just gone my Stream Puck build went from QS037.045.00P to QS037.045.01P and as per title my playlists are now empty ☹️ I can add to them now still but all previous stuff is just gone! Been meaning to post here about it for a while but only just got round to it. Anyone else had this?

I had a tech support issue regarding not being able to access the service checker on my account via My Sky and I saw a couple of days ago that it's finally been fixed for me so maybe if no one else has this playlist issue then it's somehow related to whatever they had to do to my account.

I see my posts been moved in to this thread started in January. Just to be clear, my playlists definitely emptied at the last build QS037.045.01P update. First time I've ever had the issue and it's purely playlists. NOT like a full puck reset where you lose connection and other personalisation settings.

I am also experiencing this issue.  Currently running QS037.045.01P.

Not exactly sure when it occurred but all playlist entries have disappeared with nothing in the 'Manage All' area either, just a message stating I haven't added anything yet. 

Done all the usual reboots etc but to no avail.  Has there been any word from Sky if this is a know build issue or have I just been unlucky and my items are never to ne returned?  Thanks.

I've not had my playlists return since mine disappeared with that build version yet. I've not heard any reason for this happening yet either.
