Received Sky Stream today and very impressed.
One potential issue I was concerned about has potentially come to fruition.
As many have mentioned before, I have an older Samsung (2016 KS7000) which gets washed out in HDR.
In Sky Q I effectively disabled HDR by selecting UHD 8 Bit, but this isn't an option in Stream.
I believe it may have been an option in the past, not sure.
So some UHD shows look fantastic if not better in UHD than on Q, such as Blacklist..but I'm assuming a show like this is UHD only and not HDR.
Unfortunately Sky Sports Main Event UHD looks dim and poor, I assume its in HDR causing the issues.
Is there anyway on Stream to work around this problem and get 8 bit quality UHD without HDR?

For streamed catch-up content from Sky channels, you can always usually choose which version to play from the All Formats tab. You'll get the option of UHD or UHD with HDR if it's available. Just choose the standard UHD if you don't want HDR.
With live sports I don't think you get the option - it's HDR whether you like it or not. I may be wrong on this as I don't subscribe to any sports channels.
You could always turn off Deep Colour or Enhanced (or whatever it's called on your model of TV) for the HDMI port you have Stream connected to. This should limit the port to 8bit and prevent HDR from being used.

Thank you, I'll give that a go.
