Sky Stream Puck was set up about 2 weeks prior to broadband being installed. Prior to that we had no issues with the Puck. Since Friday it has suddenly stopped working and we get the message "loading". I have turned the Puck off and back on but nothing appears to work. I ran Sky and was directed here. Any help greatly appreciated as I am at the point of regretting changing broadband provider

Have you checked your settings at the bottom of the home page then enter network ensure your still connected to your network if your using Wi-Fi sky streaming pucks are very fussy when speeds drop slightly. What's the signal strength like on your other devices in the room your sky streams installed in? What brodband speeds are you paying for id advice a speed test to check your wireless speed link below for speed test Speedtest.net

@Exvirginuser Thanks for your reply. Have checked as you suggested and all seems fine. Will have to just see how it goes over the next couple of days and then contact Sky if still having same issue
