Sky Stream Puck not linking to my account
I am trying to activate the 4th Sky Stream puck on my account and I simply get a message as attached. The puck is "customer owned" and not that of Sky, could I please get some help from Sky to link this puck to my account please?

Re: Sky Stream Puck not linking to my account
Hi @Jlb77777
We are fellow customers here on the community if you require help from sky you will need to call them on 150 from a sky landline or mobile or on the number here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
It sounds like this puck was one that was issued when they could be purchased rather than loaned and is still associated to. Sky account. Did you get this from sky or buy it elsewhere?
