Sky Stream Puck Won't Reconnect to My Sky Account after doing factory Reset

Hi,

 

I had to perform a full factory reset of my sky stream puck and now i cant get it to link to my account and have recieved an email telling me i need to send the equipment back. 

 

Any ideas?

That's always a possibility when you carry out a full factory reset, which is why Sky's advice is not to do so unless they guide you through it. Give them a call and they'll be able to help.

We often mention and it's been advised not to do a factory reset, , unless Sky have asked you to do so.

You will have to call Sky to get them to reset your account and the issues.
