@Paulx your uneffected pucks are they constantly connected ton internet even at night ntimes?

One of the unaffected pucks is connected by CAT6 cable and the other wirelessly.
The two affected ones were also connected (again, one by CAT6 and one wirelessly)
Baffling to say the least.

@Paulx Thank bud.
And the Start Up / Stand By options are same on all pucks i.e
Network Standby Mode is set to On
Overnight Power Saving is set to Off

Switched both pucks off for around 15 mins. Did restart on upstairs one, had to change PIN and activate it but was easy to be fair. Upstairs working now, switched on the puck and that working straight away without restart. Very annoying as 1 week in so hopefully this doesn't continue
